Delegates choosing to book through a concession rate should note the following:
- Concession booking rates can be used by delegates in the following roles: Undergraduate students, Dental Foundation Trainees (DFTs), Dental Core Trainees (DCTs), Specialty Registrars (SpR/StRs), full time post-graduate students and Dental Care Professionals (DCPs).
- Any delegate booking via a concession rate should complete the form below and send it to the following email address jamestsmith@me.com as soon as possible after they have completed their booking online.
