Currencies
All transactions are processed in UK pounds.
Order Cancellations
To request any order cancellation please send an email to our online sales administrator at info@bsrd.org.uk (see link above). Please quote your name and address in all correspondence. Please note the conditions below:
If you wish to cancel an order for membership you must do so with 28 days of purchase.
Conference or event cancellations within 2 weeks of a conference or event but more than 48 hours before its commencement, without a hotel room booking, will result in a 75% administration fee, equivalent to the fees payable by the Society for such a cancellation. Cancellations which include a hotel room booking will incure a 75% administration fee within 6 weeks of a conference or event, again equivalent to the fees payable by the Society. Any cancellations within 48 hours of a conference or event are not eligible for refund.
Fraudulent transactions
All fraudulent transactions will be notified to the relevant authorities and legal action will be taken.
